4. Eligibility

By making a booking, the Guest confirms that:

The Property reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that do not meet these conditions.

5. Reservation Policy

7. Payment Policy

7.1 Payment Methods

7.2 Prepayment

7.3 Guarantee

Non-prepaid bookings must be secured with a valid credit card.

7.4 Security Deposit

8. Cancellation & No-show

Cancellation policies depend on the selected rate:

  • Late cancellation → charged as per policy

8.2 Non-Refundable Bookings

  • No cancellation or modification allowed
  • Full amount is charged

8.3 No-Show

Failure to arrive will result in:

  • Automatic cancellation of remaining nights

9. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 15:00
  • Check-out: Until 11:00

9.1 Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

  • Subject to availability
